Solo · for one person

One person. Every parcel in town. $29 a month.

Researchers, nonprofit staff, land-bank scouts, neighbors who keep an eye on things. Type a town or ZIP code; the register builds itself from public records.

Try
Phone screen: the parcel you are standing on, with owner, mailing address and a photo button

Stand on a lot; the phone tells you whose it is.

  • Walk it, note it

The phone finds the parcel you're on. Add a photo and a dated note that stays private to you.

  • Ask in plain English

"Which lots sold in the last year to an out-of-state address?" Fifty questions a month, every answer cites parcels.

  • More towns, $19 each

Add another town or ZIP code to the same login whenever you need it.

Where does the data come from?
Maryland SDAT assessments and sales, MD iMap parcel lines, FEMA flood zones, state sewer service areas and program maps, and Prince George's County open data for foreclosures, permits and 311. Every fact links to its source.
